Grief is a universal emotion, but few understand the full scope of it.
Grief is a widely misunderstood emotion— everything from its varying degrees of magnitude to its many types, the effects of it on your body to the many emotions it can co-exist alongside, and just how difficult an emotion it is to validate and process.
Through my many years of experience as a chaplain and clinical practitioner, I have learned to translate my work and my unique take on grief as an expression of love to educate wider audiences. I see this reframe of grief as a vital part of finding the meaning in the pain. Whether on a small group or large scale level, I am available for speaking engagements to educate on grief and loss in its many forms.
